Shipping and Returns

Orders will be shipped within 1 working days after the orders are successfully placed and payment has been finalized. 

It does happen occasionally that an item ends up out of stock, at the time the order was processed. In this situation we will contact you to notify you. To re-stock usually depends on manufacture and the item can then be shipped to you once back in stock, unless the item is not available at the time, you will be notified and kept up to date at all times. We will do our upmost to get it to you as soon as possible. You do have the choice of cancelling the order, or waiting till the item is ready to be shipped. 

Multiple items ordered, and one or two items out of stock at the time can be placed on back order, or cancelled, and the rest can be shipped. Again you will be kept up to date at all times. 

Service is our priority and we will do whatever we can to make your experience with us as pleasurable as possible. 

Shipping to and from Goblin Hobbies SA is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.  

• Speed Services Couriers via post office for smaller items overnight before cut-off.
• Normal post via Post Office if not in a hurry.
• For larger items we prefer to use our approved Courier service which is via MDS Collivery. If you wish to use courier services, check out as per normal and contact us and we will amend the invoice to reflect the courier service charges.

Once your shopping cart is submitted you will be notified the cost of your chosen shipping service added to your purchase on your invoice. 

All Kits will be shipped for free within SA. Please select COD option when checking out.

All orders over R1000 will be shipped for free with regular mail within SA. Please select COD option when checking out.

Returns

Please contact us first before attempting a return for any returns that is not authorized by us will not be accepted.
Goblin Hobbies SA accepts returns if the item(s) is returned within 7 days of customer's acceptance of the item(s) (checked by the tracking number). 
Item(s) has to be returned as it was sent: new and unopened in box. Taking good care of your product is fundamental for refunds or exchanges. Products must be in resalable condition, in the undamaged original packaging with the original package and accessories. Neglected or abused products will not be eligible for refund or exchanges. 

Items in tools, clothing and supplies category are not eligible for returns. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to ship the item(s) back and 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returned item(s). Refund will be given as soon as we received and processed the item(s). Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Warranty

If the returned item was found defective, a replacement or store credit will be offered DOA warranty only (Dead on Arrival)

Please return the defective item(s) with a written note briefly mentioning the issue, the order number and returning address. Or contact us. 

Warranty will be voided if: any returned item(s) found dented, scratched, broken, cracked, warranty seal is missing or violated, electronic boards with removed shrink wrap, modified from the original state (cut wires or soldering) or somehow damaged by the user will not be eligible for refund or exchanges.

Warranty will not be honoured if the returned item is shipped without all the accessories that belongs to it; i.e. transmitter must to be returned with antenna and cable, camera with lens, bracket, screws, lens cover and cable. (Everything needs to be shipped back to the manufacturer)
